It covers all the practical skills required to work confidently as a bookkeeper using Xero. Starting from accounting fundamentals, you will progressively build through all the three official Xero certification levels; learning to set up and configure a Xero organisation, process sales and purchases, reconcile bank accounts, manage credit notes and purchase orders, correct errors, produce management reports, handle fixed assets, tracked inventory, expense claims, customer projects, multicurrency, budgets, and prepare and file a Business Activity Statement.

You will also develop practical AI skills using Microsoft Copilot to work more efficiently in a modern finance role. By the time you complete the bootcamp, you will have the hands-on Xero competency and official certifications to perform confidently in a bookkeeping or finance administration role from day one.

Completing this course prepares you for a range of roles across bookkeeping, accounts, and finance administration in Australian and New Zealand businesses of all sizes. These include:

Bookkeeper: Entry roles managing financial records, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and GST reporting using Xero for small to medium businesses.
