Craig has been in the IT sector for over 23 years delivering IT programs to students. He has over 10 years' experience working in the ICT industry as a computer technician, help desk officer, call centre agent, desktop support engineer, network specialist, and system administrator. He has worked as a manager for various companies, such as Harvey Norman, Sarina Russo, IBM, Dell, Acer, Asus, Rio Tinto, Medeco Medical Centers, Department of Education, TAFE Qld, and Department of Corrections. Craig also spent almost five years with Apple as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 Apple at Home Technical advisor, providing technical support for customers worldwide on all aspects of Apple devices and software.
Craig has worked in various industries over the last 35 years, including construction, retail, security, IT, adult education, and sports and fitness. This gives him a unique perspective on adult education and the ability to use his experience to connect with his students and tailor their training to be inclusive, collaborative, and student centric.
He strongly believes that "there is always a solution to every problem, we just might not like the answer." However, Craig is always ready to help and collaborate with others to solve problems. He thrives on working as a cohesive team to overcome challenges.
On the weekends, you will find Craig volunteering as a Gelball referee and manager of Wounded Heros Gelball every Saturday. Gelball (like paintball but not painful) has always been his passion for several years, both playing competition level and refereeing up to Australian National level.
