Industry Certification - ITIL® 4 Foundation

Industry-recognised certification introducing IT service management principles used across organisations.

This certification develops understanding of how IT services are delivered, supported and improved.

When completed as part of the IT Support Pro Package, certification preparation is integrated within the structured learning pathway.

This allows learners to complete their certification up to 40% faster compared with pursuing certification independently.

The IT Service Management Professional course is made up of the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification, provided through PeopleCert. The course is comprised of the topics outlined below:
