He is a firm believer in giving back to the community, which he does through mentorship – sharing his near-three-decade worth of experiences with our students.
“The cyber security industry will continue to change almost daily as new threats target both users and corporations coming from across the globe. The role of cyber security practitioners will continue to morph as technology expands at an unprecedented rate.”
In Sanjay's opinion, Cyber security doesn’t feel like a job. It’s like I live and breathe it every moment of my life.
Sanjay believes that mentorship is a two-way learning experience through which both the mentee and the mentor have much to gain, especially in the Cyber Security field.
His approach to mentorship is guided by what Bob Proctor said: ‘A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within you than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you.
