Overview
An IT Project Coordinator supports technology-focused projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, application rollouts and digital initiatives. They sit close to technical teams and vendors, helping to coordinate tasks, environments, testing windows, change requests and stakeholder communications. This role is a natural step for someone with IT awareness and project training who wants to grow towards more senior project or delivery roles.
Key Skills
Coordinate schedules, dependencies and environment bookings for IT work
Maintain RAID-style registers (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and other project records
Work with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders to track progress and resolve blockers
Prepare status updates, dashboards or simple reports for project and PMO stakeholders
Understand the basics of change, release and incident processes in IT environments
Salary Range
$70,000 - $104,000 (Median: $87,000)*
