Let's get started with the enrollment process:

Step 1: Check Eligibility

To be eligible to enrol, individuals will need to make sure they meet all the entry requirements. If you would like more information or you are ready to enrol, please contact our team.

Step 2: Speak with a Course Advisor

Once you have enquired, a Lumify Learn Course Advisor will call you.  Our Course Advisors will you to understand your study and course options and answer any questions you have.  Our team will also discuss the enrolment process and payment options.

Step 3: Complete Enrollment

To secure your spot in the course, you will need to complete the enrolment process. This will included the enrolment form, ID, acceptance of the Student Agreement and verification of payment.

Step 4: Take the Capability Quiz

Once the enrolment process is completed, our Accredited Students will be required to complete a capability quiz (called a Learning Literacy and Numeracy LLL test) This is a requirement for every nationally accredited qualification and ensures our team understands how best to support our students.  Once you have completed the LLN and show proficient your enrolment will be processed.

Step 5: Receive Course Information

Once formally enrolled, the Lumify Learn team will send you (our student) all of the information you need to begin their learning journey, including an invitation to attend an online orientation session and meet your trainer/ mentor.

Step 6: Attend Online Orientation Workshop

You (our student) must attend the online orientation workshop with your trainer/ mentor. This will prepare you for success in your course – meet your trainer/ mentor, classmates, learn how to navigate the learning portal, how to ask for help and more. Once that is done, they are ready to start studying.
