Joshua is focused on industry-aligned technology education and job readiness, working with Lumify teams and industry partners to develop pathways that combine recognised qualifications, industry certifications and practical skills.
As an Associate Member of Future Skills Organisation, Joshua contributes to industry conversations around skills, education and Australia’s future workforce. His broader work helps connect what people learn with the capabilities employers need, supporting people at different stages of their technology careers.
Experience
Joshua brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across education, workforce development and business transformation. His career spans not-for-profit, ASX 200 and private equity-backed organisations, including senior leadership roles across Registered Training Organisations and the early learning sector.
He has worked with Federal Government and large private-sector organisations on workforce and capability initiatives.
Joshua holds a Bachelor of Business and a range of professional certifications.
